Canucks Clinch Northwest and Every Goal from Every Game

There were only four games on Wednesday night but all were meaningful in the playoff races in both conferences and a player had two goals in each contest.

Vancouver was the first team to clinch a playoff berth with a workmanlike 4-2 win over the hapless Colorado Avalanche. Henrik Sedin had two of the Canucks four goals.

In the other game in the West, Anaheim vaulted over Nashville and Calgary to move into eight place behind the strong goaltending of Ray Emery in a 2-1 win over the Blues. The double goal man in this contest was Jason Blake.

In an inter-division game, Detroit put an end to the Washington Capitals nine game winning streak in a 3-2 win where Henrik Zetterberg had a pair of goals.

Finally, James Reimer proved that he still had some gas in him and Dion Phaneuf scored twice in Toronto's 3-2 win at Carolina that brought the Leafs within two points of Carolina and back within four points of a playoff spot.

So here are all of the goals from Wednesday evening...
