TV Coverage Clarified for Predators-Hawks Game

There appears to hve been some confusion on Tuesday as to where to fing the Predators-Blackhawks game. The Predators have sent out the following advisory to clarify the situation for tonight's games...

TV CHANNELS FOR TONIGHT’S PREDS GAME

-Game Four Begins Tonight at 7:30 P.M. CT-


Nashville, Tenn. (April 22, 2010) – Tonight’s 2010 Western Conference Quarterfinal Playoff game between the Nashville Predators and Chicago Blackhawks at 7:30 p.m. CT at Bridgestone Arena will be broadcast on FOX Sports Tennessee on the following television channels:


Dish NETWORK: Standard Definition on Channel 450 and High Definition on Channel 9519

DIRECTV: Standard Definition on Channel 644 and High Definition on Channel 644-1

Comcast: Standard Definition on Channel 28 and High Definition on Channel 183


“We understand that on Tuesday some of our fans did not know what channel to tune into for the Predators game,” Predators President of Business Operations Ed Lang said. “Although we do not have any control over where our games will air on these providers, going forward we will work harder with FOX Sports Tennessee, DIRECTV, Dish NETWORK and Comcast to make sure changes in channels are better communicated by all parties so that our fans can easily find our games.”


Game Five between the Nashville Predators and Chicago Blackhawks is scheduled for Saturday, April 24 at 2:00 p.m. CT and will be televised nationally on NBC. The Predators will play a Game Six on Monday, April 26 and Game Seven on Wednesday, April 28 if necessary. No times or channel locations have been decided for those games yet but both will be carried on FOX Sports Tennessee if necessary.
