Our regular PredsOnTheGlass posts are now available in their entirety on the Amazon Kindle by subscription.
The monthly subscription fee of $1.99 is a bit steep but we had nothing to do with setting the price point. That was established by Amazon Digital Services. I would prefer that it would be free, just like on the internet, but they are a for profit business, even if we are not.
There is a 14 day free period so we would appreciate the Kindle readers in our audience checking it out and giving us a positive rating. If you don't own a Kindle, Amazon has dropped the price of the newest wi-fi version to $139 while the full 3G version dropped to $189.
My wife is a Kindle addict and could not live without her's so the product may be addictive.
If other folks are interested in pushing their blog content to the Kindle, it is actually a simple process. Click here for details. I would encourage other hockey writers to take a look at doing this as it costs nothing and establishes an addition presence for your stuff.
