Patric Hornqvist Receives NHL Third Star of the Week Honors

Patric Hornqvist was the NHL's Third Star of the week when he tallied 4 goals, including the game winner at Edmonton, and 3 assists. Cristobal Huet got the first star with two shutouts and Marc-Andre Fleury got the second star based on 3-0-0 record for the week.

Here is the note about Hornqvist from NHL.com...

Third star, Patric Hornqvist – The Nashville Predators are giving goaltenders a bad case of sunburn, and Hornqvist is one of the big reasons for the offensive outburst. Despite averaging less than 13 minutes of ice time in Nashville's four games last week, Hornqvist scored 4 goals (including a game-winner in Edmonton) and added 3 assists for 7 points, putting him ahead of teammates Martin Erat (2-4-6) and Joel Ward (1-5-6).
