The Nashville Predators released the roster of those players that will dress for the Preds' first preseason game tomorrow night versus the Carolina Hurricanes at the Bridgestone Arena at 7 p.m.
The list of players is packed with youngsters that are fighting for a spot on the roster when the team cuts down to the final 22 or 23 players for opening night.
One of the highlights of the game will be when Brentwood native, Blake Geoffrion takes to the ice for his first professional shift in his home town.
Fans will also get their first look at Sergei Kostitsyn in a Predator sweater. Former Preds making a return to the team are Ryan Parent, Kelsey Wilson, and Jonas Andersson.
Rookie defensemen Jon Blum, Ryan Ellis, Teemu Laakso, and Alexander Sulzer will all be battling for a roster spot and/or rankings for potential call-up as the year progresses.
It is likely that Pekka Rinne and Mark Dekanich will each play half of the game in goal.
Here is the complete 20 man roster.
